Terms of Service

All pricing quotes provided online, via text, or over the phone are non-binding estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing is determined on-site by our crew based on the actual volume, weight, and nature of the items being removed. We reserve the right to decline any job upon arrival.

We strictly DO NOT haul hazardous waste, toxic substances, chemicals, biohazards, asbestos, wet paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, or any material deemed dangerous or illegal to transport.

The customer warrants that no hazardous materials will be placed into our vehicles. If hazardous items are hidden in junk piles, the customer assumes full financial and legal liability for all specialized disposal fees, fines, and decontamination costs.

The customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the items designated for removal. While our teams take utmost care, junk removal involves moving heavy, bulky items through tight spaces and driving heavy commercial trucks.

• You agree that we are not liable for unavoidable, minor wear-and-tear, including but not limited to minor wall scuffs, scratched flooring, or concrete driveway cracks caused by the weight of our trucks.
• The customer must clearly point out any fragile items or low-hanging fixtures prior to the start of work.

The moment items are loaded onto our vehicles, ownership and title of those items transfer completely and immediately to Elite Haul Pros.

We retain the absolute right to dispose of, recycle, donate, or resell any items collected. We cannot retrieve items once they have been loaded onto our trucks, and we are not liable for the accidental disposal of valuables left inside junk piles.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, or if the job is canceled on the spot, an arrival/truck-roll fee of $50.00 will apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Haul Pros, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

In no event shall Elite Haul Pros' aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to our services exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by the customer to Elite Haul Pros for the specific job giving rise to such liability.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Haul Pros and its contractors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Any breach of the customer's warranties, including placing prohibited hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazards in junk piles.
• Property access issues, unsafe conditions, or structural defects on the customer's property during the performance of services.
• Claims by third parties regarding ownership or rights to items designated for removal.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the customer hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
